Peaches & cream ice pops

Who doesn’t love an ice pop on a hot summer day?!

Chumps, that’s who. And none of us are chumps. Does anyone say ‘chump’ anymore? Let’s bring that back.

Anyway… I love frozen treats. And I love them even more when they aren’t terribly unhealthy and easy to prepare.

These ice pops are awesome because they’re low in sugar, creamy, delicious, and contain fresh fruit.

PEACHES & CREAM ICE POPS

WHAT YOU NEED:

2 cups of plain nonfat greek yogurt

2 tsp. of vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp. of baking stevia

1/2 package (1/2 oz.) of white chocolate jell-o mix (sugar free & fat free)

2 white peaches, diced with skins on

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Gather your ingredients.
don’t forget to dice up those peaches & toss the pits!

2. Layer all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until liquefied.

Look at all that fresh fruit!
the photo doesn’t do it justice, but this is a lovely peach color

3. Pour into ice pop molds.

this recipe should yield 8 standard-sized pops
I love these molds, they’re so colorful. Thanks, Target.

4. Freeze for around 6 hours to overnight. Pop one out & enjoy!
